Description: If there is a peculiarity of the townhouses in the south of Spain, it is that they hide unexpected spaces, shady patios, gardens and flowerbeds, panoramic roofs, dining rooms with fireplaces, surprising penthouses, rooms which remind us of caves and ultimately the Nasrid Islamic tradition is perpetuated to pass unnoticed a series of cavities of rest and home protection. This house conforms to that canon of philosophy of life. It is modest on the façade that faces the street where the entrance door is located, and as we go in, we are surprised by its spaciousness. There is a space that acts as a hall, on the right you enter a hallway with steps that leads to a living room, kitchen and patio, equipped with a storage room and garage, as well as two bathrooms, one of them very big and complete. We return to the hall. The middle door is a room, which can be used for friends or visitors, or rented to guests. The third door, to the left of the hall, leads to a "new world" of rooms, first of all, after some stairs, to a still unfinished space, spacious and with panoramic views from its windows. Follow the climb up the stairs and to your right we access another hallway, two rooms, one of them the main one, with two large windows that face the street, and returning to that hallway we find another bathroom and a dressing room. We go up to the next level and find a new floor with rooms, four in total, the largest of which also enjoys privileged views towards the mountain. There is also a penthouse with an ensuite wc. Finally we go up to the terrace and we can be amazed by the panorama. There is a barbecue and a nice little case for the stairs. The house is partially renovated, as is the case with the roof, but other parts need some TLCk.
