EXCLUSIVE to us. Casa Levana is a large, old traditional Spanish house set in a small, picturesque and charming Spanish village and is a great base for exploring Andalucia and the surrounding area. The beautiful, historic sites of Granada, Seville and Cordoba are all within easy driving distance. Casa Levana has been sympathetically restored with its wood beamed ceilings and white washed walls but enhanced by modern comfort and facilities. There are 3 large bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room and living room. There are also three totally secluded patio areas. The first is a charming courtyard with flowering shrubs and a lemon tree which provides an abundance of lemons throughout the year for that all important gin & tonic! Beyond the courtyard there is the main large patio area with built-in table and seating for up to eight. This is the perfect spot for dining in the fresh air, looking out over the patio and listen to birds singing in the trees. The last patio has a large stone barbecue with plenty of seating options. At the rear of the property there is a further 2 storey building which contains a summer living room for relaxation. |
